This experiment was mainly studied physiological disease on mango, that is the occurring law, forming reason and the relation between Ca element and other elements of sponge tissue. It was dealt with different level of CaCO3 by applying ground, putting Ca liquid into root, and high pressure injecting Ca and KC1. The results were as follows:The physiological disease of Zihua mango fruit, there is a relation between sponge tissue take place and fruit size. Occurring rate of disease increase with the fruit weight increasing. According to statistics of 2002-2003, the disease wasn't occurred as the fruit weight less than 200g. The rate of disease respectively are 10.24%, 14.78%, *24.91%> 27.06% of fruit weight 200-250g, 250-300g, 300-350g and over 350g.Disease rate of over 350g fruit is more 1.36 times than of low 350g fruit. There is remarkable relation among fruit weight, fruit size and disease rate.Disease occurred after fruit ripen 30 days. With the fruit ripening, disease rate increase. Disease rate was highest during the fruit ripe. Disease was not happened until the fruit ripe, therefore, disease rate of ripe fruit was higher than raw fruit.Normal fruit and disease fruit analysis showed that content Ca of normal fruit should be maintain 0.023%. Content K should be maintain 1.27%-1.38%. Content N should be maintain 0.49%-0.50%. Content Ca lowing 0.02% may motivate disease; When Content Ca was normal, the level of Content K was the main factor of motivating disease.The effect of N on disease is lower Ca and K. when the rate of K/Ca of fruit unbalance, can be motivate disease, therefore, the elements balance was more important than only one elements.After dealt with different Ca, disease rate was decreased. Compared with control, the treatment lime and "Shuang fei fen" was respectively decreased 14.23% and 17.20% in 2003. Compared with applying ground " Shuang fei fen" treatment, the average disease rate of high pressure injecting Ca and KC1 treatment were respectively increased 8.51% and 12.6% and compared with lime treatment, disease rate was increased 5.53% and 9.63%, compared with treatment CK, disease rate was decreased 8.69% and 4.6%. This is showed that Ca and K have effect on disease rate.After analysis of Ca. K. N of fruit and leaf, the relation was K>N>Ca in fruit, the relation was Ca>K>N in leaf. The treatment of high pressure Ca and K. showed that, K have resisted to Ca in fruit and leaf, and Ca absorb was disease, however, Ca have not resisted to K.
