Soil is a complex ecosystem with muti-interface. It is clearly indicated that DOM is an important active chemical component in soils. Increasing attention has been paid on the study of soil DOM, and the study has become an interdisciplinary focus in the fields of soil science, ecology, and environmental science due to the important roles of DOM in the biogeochemical cycles of carbon, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, etc. In addition , DOM has significant effects on pedogenesis, growth and metabolism of soil microorganisms, decomposition and transformation of soil organic matter, and transport of pollutants in soils.The purple soil is distributed in Sichuan Basin. As to the purple organic research of soil at present, in our country, the research is mainly limited to the organic quantity and function, and the influence of DOM on the soil validity nutrient is very few. Through studying different varieties of DOMs' influence on the absorption of the nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium under different soil condition, it is expected to search for the interaction relation between the dissolving organic matter and quick-acting nutrient in the purple soil, and the effective way of maintaining the soil nutrient balance.Under the same temperature and the damp condition ,this research adopts training test, using analysis of variance, analysing that DOM with different components influence on purple soil nutrient validity of different pH conditions. The result of the study has offered important scientific evidence that searching for the interaction relation between different source dissolving organic matter and available nutrient in different purple soil . The effect of DOMs extracted from different source on effective N, P, K in purple soil, have got the following conclusions:(1) The spectrum characteristics of DOM extracted from pig excrement is different from those of DOM extracted from straw. According to the characteristic of the infrared spectrum , the straw DOM absorption peak at 1402 cm-1 is the strongest, and the absorption peak at 1051 cm-1 is the weakest, it is the carbohydrate to make up materials mainly, secondly the alcohol material, and content of fragrant clan unsaturated material is less; The absorption peak of pig excrement DOM at 1565 cm-1 is the strongest, estimated that includes the most acyl amine in pig excrement DOM, secondly it is the fat saturation hydrocarbon, and the absorption peak at 1094 cm-1 is the weakest, proved that there is less content of fragrant clan unsaturated material.(2)After using DOM, the content of available nutrient of the soil increases, and the more entering amount, the greater increasing is. In the training term, the increasing degree of available phosphorus and available potassium are greater than the available nitrogen; The content of available nitrogen influenced by DOM extracted from varieties source on are high basically and low to the law in the purple soil, for the sake of different fertile bottom; 9 days before ones that training, with the extension of training time, the content of the available potassium is on the rise; 3 days before ones that training, the content of the available phosphorus has a downward trend , but with the extension of training time, the content of the effective phosphorus is on the rise.(3)On the study of DOM abstracted from different source influenced on valid nitrogen in the soils, The DOM abstracted from different source has remarkable influence on the available nitrogen; the soil nature (the acid purple, alkaline purple soil); soil nature(acid , calcium purple soil) influenced on the available nitrogen is not remarkable.(4) The influence of DOM abstracted from different sources on available phosphourus reach remarkable competence extremely, indicated that different source of DOM's impacts on effective phosphorus are extremely remarkable; The time factor and the impact on effective phosphorus of the reciprocation with DOM sources are not remarkable; Different soil type and its impact on effective phosphorus of reciprocation with time have not reached the remarkable level, the content of the available phosphorus is hardly influenced by reciprocation with time of soil type, which also has proved in the research of the available phosphorus, different source of DOM impacts on it are the greatest.(5) Different source of DOM and time factor influenced on the effective potassium reache the extremely remarkable level, indicated that their impacts on effective potassium are all extremely remarkable, Different source of DOMs influenced on the available potassium indicated that different source DOM impacts on content of effective potassium in the soil are absolute ; But their reciprocation has not reached the remarkable level . Different soil type influenced on the available potassium reache the extremely remarkable level too, indicated that it is extremely remarkable not to read the plain influence of effective potassium with the soil type; The influence of the time factor reaches the significance level, indicated that time has significance influence on the content that the effective potassium is plain too.Because of the restriction of manpower, inadequate research fund and time, and the incompleteness of sample taking, it causes the one-sidedness of the result of study.
