This paper researched and analyzed the impact on regional climate effect of construction of the farmland shelterbelt network. regarding farmland shelterbelt network of Juancheng county of the old Yellow River area as the target , The result shows:Before, after the shelter-forest construction, the temperature on average is reduced by 0.5℃ in summer in the whole county, raise 0.4℃ equally in winter. The average temperature of the whole year and temperature on average in January improve by0.9℃ and 3.6℃, Evaporation capacity is reduced at the whole year and one season, annual evaporation capacity reduced 273. 8mm, the range changed at the same time is reduced. The precipitation increase to some extent in winter and spring , separately increase by 11. 5mm and 38. 4mm. it is reduced separately by 185. 6mm and 36. 2mm in Summer and Autumn. The trend of the annual average strong wind with total number of days of the whole county is reducing gradually, the sample coefficient correlation of the frequency of strong wind , area of forest land, shelter-forest and afforestation coverage rate are respectively- 0. 71, -0. 72, -0. 70, Set up Linear return equation of three yuan with strong wind taking place number of days (y ) , forest land area (x1 ) , afforestation coverage rate (x2 ) , shelter-forest rate (x3 ) y =8. 491+7. 1*10-5x1-0. 29x2-0. 02324x3, coefficient correlation r =-0. 712, the result is remarkably through examining the relation .The root system of shelter-forest extend less to the way , develop toward farmland or spread along the trend of the forest belt mainly and the distance is relatively far, especially the thin root is extremely intensive in the top layer soil, strengthen the absorbability to the moisture and nutrient greatly . In 0-30cm soil layer, I-69 Poplar (born five year), biomass of root system amount account for 83. 3% and the length accounts for 70. 2% of total. In 0-40cm soil layer, it is 90.6% and 86%. In 0-10cm soil layer, the amount of the fine root(diameter<1mm) account for 30% and root long account for 90% of the total root quantity in the same soil layer.Under 10cm soil layer, the weight of the long and amount of the fine root is reduced gradually, but the weight of the fat root(diameter>2mm) rise.
