This research had separated sixty-two pathogenicity E. coli from recta of some hogpen from Tu men , six E. coli had K88 pilus antigen and four E. coli had K99 pilus antigen. Molecular weight of K88 and K99 were separately 27. 5KDa and 18. 5 KDa.Purifying pathogenicity E. coli were cranked out live bacterin and dead bacterin. Security and protect assay indicated that it had good security and protection.In order to investigate clinic applicability of bacterin ,fifty-five pregnancy sows of hybridization close from some hogpen from Tu men were inoculated and inspected colostrums antibody level, lactation swines were observed protective circs. It indicated that colostrums antibody level of No. 1 pregnancy sow was 1 ∶ 512—1∶ 1 024; No. 2 was 1 ∶ 256~1∶ 512; No.3 was 1 ∶ 4~1 ∶16, colostrums antibody level of No. 1 were higher than the others. Diarrhoea rate and death rate of lactation swines of No. 1 were separately 3. 3% and 0%; Diarrhoea rate and death rate of No. 2 were separately 9. 4% and 1.0%; Diarrhoea rate and death rate of No. 3 were separately 21.4% and 6.9%. This showed that immune effect of synchronously inoculating live bacterin and death bacterin was better than the other .
