| In recent years, the rapid development of China’s economy has been followed by the increasingly high degree of agricultural modernization. The development of animal husbandry has reached a relatively high level.Pig breeding accounts for a large proportion and occupies a large share in the agricultural economy. The health of piglets has great influence on the level of breeding, but newborn piglets are very susceptible to coliform diarrhea. The incidence of diarrhoea after colibacilli in piglets seriously affects the survival rate of piglets, and at the same time,it will cause huge economic losses to farms. In order to investigate the effect of microecological preparation on the prevention and control of colibacillic diarrhea of suckling piglets,40 female sows were randomly divided into four groups,of which 0.5%,1% and 1.5% microecological agents were added to the feed, and the control group was fed with basal diet.Compared with the control group, three experiments were observed.Sows produced piglets in lactation period, the incidence of dysentery. The results showed that the incidence of Escherichia coli diarrhea in the piglets in the control group was 13.9%,while the incidence of Escherichia coli diarrhea in the sows in the experimental group was 7.1%,3.1% and 0.9% respectively with the increase of microecological agents,so the sow’s edible microecological agents were significantly or extremely significant(P < < 0.05 or P <0.01).The incidence of diarrhoea of Escherichia coli in piglets is the same, and the trend of mortality reduction is the same as the incidence. In addition, the average weight of weaning piglets was significantly higher than that of the piglets in the control group(P < 0.05),and the average weight was higher than 0.77±0.11 kg in the diet of sows with 1.5% microecological agents. This experiment also concluded that the best effect was to add 1.5% microecologic preparations to sow feed.In order to investigate the effect of microecological preparation on the prevention and control of colibacillic diarrhea of weanling piglets,100 27 day old piglets were randomly divided into five groups,of which 0.5%,1%,1.5% microecological agents were added to I~ III piglet feed, and a certain dose of ciprofloxacin was added to group IV feed(0.002%),and group V was not added to the blank control group.Any antiseptic drug. The results showed that the incidence and mortality of diarrhoea caused by Escherichia coli in group IV were 15% and 5% respectively. The results showed that the incidence and mortality of diarrhoea caused by Escherichia coli in group V were 35% and 15% respectively. The incidence of Escherichia coli diarrhea in group I,II,and group III decreased to 15%,0% and 0%,respectively.The results showed that there was no death. The results showed that the microbiological agents added in the feed could be reduced to varying degrees.Diarrhea rate and mortality rate of piglets caused by E.coli.At the same time, the daily weight gain of piglets was raised to different degrees after the use of microecological preparations, and the three experimental groups increased by 5.4%,10.8% and 16.2%,respectively.Through this experiment,we got the best effect of adding 1.5% microecologic preparations in piglets feed. |
