One kind of important approach of dispose of city house refuse is making rubbish into fertilizer. It not only can lighten the pressure that city house refuse brings to the environment, but also can provide organic fertilizer to agriculture. Recently, all kinds of rubbish fertilizer have been produced and it' quality have been very different. They have many problem in the process of usage, such as low efficacy, leading to secondary pollution. Therefore, how to make use of rubbish compost rationally and scientifically is need to study.With the development of rural economy and improvement of peasant's living conditions, the straw becomes waste material from wealth of the peasant family; moreover Area has expanded more and more broaded. Resolving the straw problem fundamentally, have already been an extremely urgent thing. Covering the straw on the farmland directly is simple and convenient method and has been proved that it can improve the soil environment and the ability to keep the moisture content and soil nutrient contents.Use the waste compost as material, add organic matter, nutrition elements, and liquid maintaining and produce new waste compound. We design experiment to confirm the fertility of it and the best way to use it. The first experiment has three different fertilizers disposals with same N,P, K, including CK, urban waste Compound fertilizer disposal, urban waste Compost disposal. Each disposal Interpose 6 repetition and each treatment was divided into two parts including sections with stubble covered and uncovered. The wheat experiment has three different irrigation disposals, including low, middle and high. Use plastic film to part each area and prevent water and fertilizer from permeating. All fertilizer is given in the farmland before sowing during the cultivating maize. Apply fertilizer at twice when cultivating wheat. The first time is before sowing seeds and second time expects in jointing stage. The maize breed is zhongnuo number 1 and the wheat breed is 9508.The results of maize experiment show, compared with CK, the yields of summer maize were much increased, and especially organic material and total nitrogen in the soil were much enhanced by using urban waste compost and its compound fertilizer. The waste compound has gained 619.2kilogram per hectare than the waste compost. We can draw a conclusion that it'snecessary to produce new waste compound.The result of wheat experiment indicates the effect of urban waste Compound fertilizer and urban waste Compost to the wheat plant high is not obvious, but, the other parameter of wheat growth, such as the length of wheat ear, the weight of per 100 kernel, have been improved. Through analysis we can see the best irrigation is 62.94mm and the maximal output is 378.88kg/667m~2。Through the experiment of wheat and maize we can see that growth parameter of wheat and maize has been improved by mulching with straw. Mulching with straw can increasing of soil fertility, improve soil physics and chemistry properties, increase contents of organic quality, the entire nitrogen, entire phosphorus, entire potassium. The soil will keep more moisture andthe threat of arid to crop will be reduced by covering straw.
