Abstract/Summary:
This experiment was order to find out the chicken oviduct developmentmorphology characteristic. We took the chicken as experimental animals,and adopted the method of general anatomy, histology technology, thescanning electron microscope technology, the transmission electronmicroscope technology to study the development morphology of differentweek's chicken oviduct. The observations show the fellowing results.1. After hatching, the chicken oviduct occurrence separated threestages, the first stage was the growth plateau; the second stage was theslow development period; the third stage was the fast development period.2. After hatching, the chicken oviduct pipe wall occurrence dividedinto 3 stages, the first stage was 1~8 week age, chicken oviduct wascomposed of mucous layer containing epithelium mucosae and lamina propria,muscular layer and ectoptygma; chicken oviduct mucous membrane epidermiswas the single-layer short cyundrical cell constitution and formed theprimary wrinkle. The second stage was 9~17 week age, chicken oviductwas composed of mucous layer, submu- cosum, muscular layer andectoptygma, chicken oviduct wall mucous membrane epidermis transformedgradually from the short cyundrical cell into the the vacation multiplecoat columnar cilium epidermisand, the muscular layer demixed obviously,and all appeared the secondary wrinkle besides the vagina department; Thethird stage was the 18-2i week age, in 18 weeks stage, the chicken oviductmucous membrane epidermis started to intrude lamina propria form tubulargland which was composed of simple cuboidal epithelium, In 21 weeks stages,tubular gland developed maturity.3. The tubular gland and Vagina interface point sperm gland glycogencontent of 21 week age chicken was higher than 19 weeks ages, the everyweek chicken oviduct funnel department and the sperm gland fat dyeingresult assumed the weak positive reaction; the alkalinity phosphatasedyes assumed the negative reaction; The acid phosphatase reaction assumedthe positive.4. The oviduct epithelium cell development had three stages. The firststage was 1~9 week age, the oviduct tunica mucosa tubae uterinae had smallamounts of ciliated cells. The second stage was 9~15week age, the numberof oviduct tunica mucosa tubae uterinae ciliated cells increased. Thethird stage was 16~21week age, the oviduct tunica mucosa tubae uterinaeciliated cells was mainly composed of ciliated cell and secretory celland the number of ciliated cell increased obviously.In this experiment, we worked for the morphology study of chickenoviduct morphological change and summarized the characteristic of oviductanatomy, histological chemistry and ultramicrostructure. We expected toprovide reliable morphology theoretic evidence to the study of it'sphysiological mechanism.
