Eupatorium adenphorum spreng, a composite genus, is a kind of perennial herbaceous plant.Originated in Mexico, this plant was introduced to Hawaii as a horticultural plant in 1865,since then, it was wildly spread in more than 30 nations and districts between north latitude37 degree and south latitude 35 degree, causing devastation world wildly. The plant hadplayed destructive role in Yunnan, Sichuan, Guizhou, Hubei, Hunan and some otherprovince and spread at the speed of 30kin per year, exhibiting astonishingly high ability inreproduction, invasion and resistance. E. adenphorum caused serious damage to agriculture, forest and grazing production and severely affect human life. The plant pays an great threatto ecosystem and can destroy the diversity of ecosystem, life species and biological geneticresource. Therefore, I it is a great importance to make search on it based on theoretical andpractical meaning. This issue was based on the damage distribute investigation in Guizhou province. Afterknowing its damage and the regulation of growth and development, we began specificinvestigation, chemical control and biological replacement. Getting the primary measuresfor control of E. adenphorum. To investigate the relationship between E. adenphorum and candidate forests is a practicalway to control this devastative plant. However, we do not found the resistant forest justbased on our limited investigation. In the assay of chemical control of E. adenphorum, we screened the best kind of herbicideand get the best usage condensation in the first and second assay respectively. Beside, wefirstly reported that detergent powder is a kind of enhancer. For biological replacement, we selected many kinds of trees and it will take at least 5 to 8years for new forest to form, so we can not observe the result in such a short period and donot introduce the process in details. After the grass replacement experiment, we observedand calculated the resistant data carefully and get the result that resistant plant is effectivein herb control. Our research recovered that it is completely effective to control E. adenphorum withherbicide and biological replacement. And these results will benefit the control in Guizhouaccording to its unique geographical characteristics and climate features. We will seek thepossibility of grass control with virus and other biological replacement method in the nearfuture.
