For the vast and irrational use of pesticide, the problem of pesticide residues becomes more and more remarkable, especially the pesticide residues in food and medicine. The safety of food has become an important means of trade protection, so it is necessary for us to establish a systemic multi-residues method for the determination of pesticides and improve detecting skills in order to ensure the export of our fruits and vegetables and detect new pesticide residues in fruit imports. In addition, it is necessary to establish a system which is to detect the pesticide residues in lab, forbid the fruits and vegetables which over run the limitation entering the market and ensure the safety of people's consumption of fruits and vegetables. Besides, pesticide residues are affecting the quality of Chinese traditional medicine, especially the export, so it is essential to establish a quick and exact determinate methodIn this paper, GC-MS were applied to the simultaneous determination of twelve organochlorine, twenty-four organophosphorus, and threeβ-kinetin pesticides residue in vegetable and animal original food The extracting and cleaning up course and the parameters of GC-MS The result proves that the recovery and precision tests are accordant with relational regulations and the minimum detection limits are accordant with maximum residue limits which are provided by the provision of FAO/WHO and Chinese standard. As a whole,it is advanced even if it is match with international technique. The result proves that the recovery and precision tests are accordant with relational regulation and the method can quickly and exactly detect pesticide residues.
