Dairy cow mastitis is a common disease in the aquaculture industry. Its condition is complicated, mainly caused by bacterial infection of mammary glands, which leads to the decline of milk production, the elimination of diseased cows, and the increase of production costs, etc. This seriously affects the economic benefits of the farm. For the treatment of dairy cow mastitis, antibiotics have a quick effect and a high cure rate. However, the problem is that farm owners often do not use them according to the prescribed time and dose, which eventually leads to drug resistance and drug residues. This phenomenon is not conducive to treatment, but poses a serious threat to human health. It is an urgent problem to find a safe and effective treatment.Chinese herbal medicine treatment has the advantages of low drug resistance, safety and effectiveness, fast metabolism, less residue and low cost.Traditional Chinese medicine dosage forms, such as powder, ointment and decoction, are limited in clinical use due to their large dosage, difficulty in transportation and preservation, and inconvenient usage.Traditional Chinese medicine injections make up for the shortcomings of traditional Chinese medicine treatment due to their advantages of quick effect, easy to carry and store, and convenient operation.Based on the theoretical knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and aiming at the pathogenesis of dairy cow mastitis, this paper finally determined the prescriptions of honeysuckle, dandelion and other traditional Chinese medicines after repeated discussion on the principle of dissipating swelling and stasis, clearing away heat and detoxification, and improving immunity. The active components of traditional Chinese medicines were extracted by Decoction method. The advantages and disadvantages of different adsorption and clarification methods were analyzed and compared, and the results showed that ZTC1+1type II clarifier had a good effect on removing impurities such as tannins and proteins, and clarifying medicinal liquor,as well as achieves an ideal bacteriostatic effect.Therefore,ZTC1+1 type II clarifier was finally selected to purify the extract.A high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)method was established in this paper for the determination of the content of Chlorogenic acid,Caffeic acid and Baicalin in traditional Chinese medicine injections. In precision test, stability test and repeatability test,RSD was less than 3%,which showed that the instrument had good precision and good repeatability and the Chinese medicine injection tested was stable within 48 hours. In the sample recovery test, the average recoveries were 104%,101%,100.33%,respectively.RSD was less than 3%,indicating that the system error was small.Under this method, the reference substance and the test substance could be effectively separated. The results showed that the average contents of chlorogenic acid, caffeic acid and Baicalin in the injection were0.364 mg/m L,0.165 mg/m L and 1.359 mg/m L,respectively. Then the quality examination and safety test were also carried out.The test indexes of the prepared injections of traditional Chinese medicine all conformed to the provisions of the National Pharmacopoeia, which showed that the quality of the injection met the requirements and has good antimicrobial activity.
