We obtained the mitochondrial d-loop hypervariable region sequence of Zongdihua, Guanling and Jiangkou Luobu pig by DNA sequencing based on the PCR fragments of 2 primers that we designed according to mitochondrial genome sequence that has been reporteded in Genebank. We are making accurate phyletic evolution and base composition analysis of d-loop hypervariable region sequence and found it is very similar to that of other mammals. We also cloned Zongdihuazhu pigs D-loop, The complete mitochondrial d-loop is 1,201 base pairs (bp) in length.and found that the large length variation between D-loop regions .The copies of the tandem repeats diversify in the number maybe caused length variation by replication slippage. The phenomenon of heteroplasmy is produced by paternal inheritance by any possibility.Based on the partial control region sequences of Zongdihua, Guanling, Jiangkou luobu pigs and other reported breeds in GeneBank, the neighbor joining method was adopted to examine the Zongdihua, Jiangkou luobu,Guanling pig's phylogenetic relationship from their maternal lineages. We can conclude that the pigs in china are different large group in abroad. Zongdihua, Guanling and Jiangkou luobu pig belongs to the group in china certainly. At the same time.We found that zongdihua pig have a closely relationship with Zang pigs.on the contrary, It has ulterior relationship with Guanling pigs in the Guanling country where is consecutive with place of production of Zongdihua pigs.This conclusion show some disagree between geographic and morphology origin. Guanling pigs have a closely relationship with tongchen, Jiangquhai and Yushanhei pigs. Jiangkou luobu pig and meishan belongs to branch of evolution.We are taken measure of abatage and investigation to Zongdihua, Guanling, Jiangkou luobu pig and come to conclusion of naked body trait and performances.they have common trait of fragrant meat, fine antireversion force, pullous clothing hair and tardy growth velocity.Zongdihua pig is surpass to Large White pig in many indexs of pork quality.
