When the mechanics performance of wood materials is been non-destructive tested,the instruments is necessary.The combination of computers and instruments is the orientation of instruments evolution.The landscape vibration signal collection,current time transform and storage will be satisfied for wood materials.The main purpose of this paper is to combine computers and LabVIEW and then design a real-time vibration signal acquisition and analysis system to employer a special instrument for wood materials non-destructive test,and design a real-time vibration signal acquisition and analysis system.The main hardware is PCI-1712 data acquisition card and pc.First to build the link between hardware and software platform,then to design real-time data acquisition program based on the program rule of Data Acquisition Toolbox and the FIFO buffer of PCI-1712 data acquisition card.With removing the used data from the buffer at intervals(Be sure the data has been saved) and then gather new data,the data's real-time performance can be obtained.Secondly,the signal processing module is developed,Finally,friendly mutual system is developed with GUI of LabVIEW.In order to investigate the relationship between vibration properties and mechanics performance of wood,the vibration signals were analyzed by VI,The dynamic modulus of elasticity and defects were studied.The dynamic modules of elasticity of LVL were measured at different boundaries.The relationship between the dynamic modulus of elasticity and MOE was investigated.The results were summarized as follows:The dynamic modules of elasticity of larix dahurioa turoz that were measured by(?) Instrument have correlation with MOE,which can be the token of dynamic modules of elasticity via linearity regression equation.It can be acquired that Virtual Instrument has the advantages in collecting the defect characters of the wood materials.In conclusion,Virtual Instrument is worthwhile doing both in theory and practices.
