Peony Seed Oil Preparation, Purification, Composition Analysis And Efficacy Evaluation

It is noticeable that penoy as a traditional plant of flower.In recent years,people begin to focus on its nutritious material of many active components.For example,root bark of penoy is a hotspot.But the research on penoy seeds as a by-product of manufacturing root bark is very rare. In this experiment,we carried out on a more comprehensive,in-depth research about peony seeds.The use of three methods for extraction of peony seeds Mechanical crushing extraction method,Organic solvent extraction method,Supercritical CO₂ extraction method。The obtaining rate of the seed oil in penoy was used as response values,study the optimum extracting condition was obtained by Response Surface Analysis about the last two method.The optimum the content of organic solvent extraction the seed oil was 23.76%,the optimum conditions were the extraction time:2.1h,temperature:72.7℃,solid vs.liquid ratio:1vs6.5.The optimum the content of Supercritical CO₂ extraction the seed oil was27.06%, the optimum conditions were time 1h,temperature 45℃,the pressure of 30MP.At the same time,oil for the determination of physical and chemical properties;and the use of gas chromatography - mass spectrometry for the analysis of components of peony seed oil showed:unsaturated fatty acids up to 90%,with linolenic acid content of more than 50%, linoleic acid content above 30%,showing that oil Peony high nutritional value,has a broad development prospect Peony seed oil has a certain role in anti-oxidation and in vitro experiments using Peony oil antioxidant capacity.Their evaluation of the effectiveness of the sunscreen.
