This dissertation bases on the principle of food security.Applications of modern separation techniques including High Performance liquid chromatograph in detection in synthetical pigments and organic acids,High Performance Liquid Chomatography/Mass Spectrometry in Aristolochic Acid A were introduced as well as the new sample pretreatment techniques including solid phase.This dissertation consists of three chapters:Chapter1:The method for contents determination of ten kinds of synthetical pigments in cake by High performance liquid chromatography was set up.Before injection sample was purified and concentrated by solid phase extraction column. The limit of determination of 0.25μg/mL~2.5μg/mL for ten synthetic pigment were attained.The recovery was between 70.3%~92.3%,relative standard deviation was between 1.42%~7.33%. It is a simple, rapid and exact method.Chapter 2: The method for contents determination of organic acids in concentrated cider by High performance liquid chromatography was set up. By the above method, The limit of determination of 0.4μg/mL~40μg/mL for ten synthetic pigment were attained. The recovery was between 73.3%~92.7%,relative standard deviation was between 1.84%~5.73%. The method is simple, sensitive, rapid, etc.Chapter 3: The method for aristolochic acid A in Chinese traditional patent medicine by High Performance Liquid Chomatography-Mass Spectrometry was set up. The results showed that aristolochic acid A in the HPLC/MS in selected ion recording (SIR) has a strong molecular ion peak, The recovery was 83.7%~87.7%,relative standard deviation was 5.4%.the detection limit is 0.1ppm. The sensitivity is high enough to determine aristolochic acid A in Chinese traditional patent.
