Clinical Research Of Early Threatened Abortion After In Vitro Fertilization-Embryo (IVF-ET) Treated By Bushenyutai Decoction With Western Medicine Therapy

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Bushenyutai decoction with Western medicine therapy to early threatened abortion after In vitro fertilization-Embryo(IVF-ET)who has the deficiency of spleen and kidney habitus,and to discuss the theory and therapy of traditional Chinese medicine to early threatened abortion after In vitro fertilization-Embryo(IVF-ET).Thus to provide the effective prescription to treat these diseases.Methods:Collect 60 cases according to the diagnostic criteria of early threatened abortion after In vitro fertilization-Embryo(IVF-ET).Divide the60 cases conform to the inclusion criteria randomly into two groups:treatment group 30 cases and control group 30 cases.Patients of the treatment group were given Bushenyutai decoction plus progesterone,guided by the method of tonifying spleen and kidnies,nourishing the blood and preventing miscarriage.The control group was given the method of progesterone injection.Two groups were treated for 21 days.The gestation was no more than 12 weeks after treatment.Carry out periodic review the level of serum progesterone(PROG)and ?-Human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG).Check the condition of embryonic or fetal development regularly with color doppler ultrasound.Record the level vital signs,blood routine,urine routine,liver function and renal function.Estimate the comprehensive effects and symptoms improvement after treatment of two groups,and record the drug adverse reactions.Results:The curative effect of treatment group was 90.00%,and the curative effect of control group was 70.00%,Compare the curative effect of treatment group with control group(P < 0.05).Two groups after treatment of TCM symptom scores was reduced,the two groups had statistical significance between the two groups,the treatment group in improving symptoms than the control group.The level of serum progesterone(PROG)and ?-Human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG)of both groups were getting further improved,the treatmentgroup works better than the control group on improving the serum progesterone(PROG)and ?-Human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG).Both of the two methods of treatment can eliminate the abdominal pain or belly uncomfortable,soreness of waist,waist bulge,backache,yet no obvious difference was found between curative effect(P>0.05).To improve the symptom of vaginal bleeding nausea vomiting and anorexia,the treatment of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy proved significant better effect(P < 0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of Bushenyutai decoction with Western medicine therapy to early threatened abortion after In vitro fertilization-Embr yo(IVF-ET)who has the deficiency of spleen and kidney habitus is much saf e and effective than that of Western medicine therapy.It can improve the symptoms of patients and the level of serum progesterone(PROG)and?-Human chorionic gonadotropin(?-HCG).
