The Study Of Tumor Pyruvate Kinase And C-erbb-2 Gene Expression And Clinical Value In Gastric Cancer

Objective Comparison of Tumor pyruvate kinase(M2-PK)and C-erbB-2 expression in health team, atypical hyperplasia, gastric cancer,thus evaluate the diagnostic value of M2-PK and C-erbB-2 for gastric cancer, to look for the new path to heip gastric patient to be earlier diagnosed and cured. Then,study the association.of M2-PK.C-erbB-2 expression in gastric cancer with some pathology paramete,to evaluate the value of M2-PK.C-erbB-2 for gastric cancer therapy and prognosis.Method'M2-PK and C-erbB-2 expression are assessed by immunohistochemistry in 102 cases of gastric cancer,80 cases of atypical hyperplasia,44 cases of health,then compare their male rate specimens of gastric cancer are divided into groups based on paramete such as age,sex,clinic stage,metastasis,pathology type and so on.Lauren typing assessed by special mucus chemistry staining,compare C-erbB-2 expression in gastric patien between Lauren types.Data are statisticed by software of spss 12.0,probability below 0.05 is specified to be statistics significance.Result The expression of M2-PK and C-erbB-2 allowed significant discrimination among health team, atypical hyperplasia team, gastric cancer team (p<0.01) In atypical hyperplasia team,the expression of M2-PK allowed discrimination among low, middle, high atypical hyperplasia,(p<0.05) the expression of M2-pk in high atypical hyperplasia is higher than the other two.The expression of C-erbB-2 allowed no discrimination among health team, atypical hyperplasia team, gastric cancer team. The expression of M2-PK is no correlated with age,sex,lesion locus, clinic stage, metastasis.C-erbB-2 is correlated with clinic stage,metastasis,Lauren type,cell differentiation,but has nothing to do with age,sex, pathology type. The expression of C-erbB-2 is higher in progress stage than in early stage, higher in metastasis specimens,higher in Lauren enteron type than in Lauren wide type.The expression of M2-pk and C-erbB-2 in gastric cancer has no significant association.Conclusion M2-PK and C-erbB-2 is valuable to diagnosis for gastric cancer.To gastrointestinal tumor, sensitivity of M2-PK is powerful than traditional tumor maker,so M2-PK is a kind of tumor maker with nice future.M2-PK is valuable to diagnosis for early stage gastric cancer and anterior cancer,it can be used to heip gastric patient to be earlier diagnosed and cured. C-erbB-2 is more valuable for gastric cancer therapy moniting and prognosis.
