Objective Electric needle treatment of mild cognitive impairment (MCI) patients and to nimodipine treatment group as positive control. This assessment of acupuncture treatment in patients with cognitive impairment MCI effectiveness and safety, and how to provide effective secondary prevention of Alzheimer's treatment of the clinical measures.'Methods 112 cases met the inclusion criteria were randomly assigned to treatment groups and the EA group, the treatment time was 8 weeks. Use MMSE scale, graphics recognition and Clock Drawing Test evaluation before and after treatment.Results The completion of the test well, the two groups when balanced, good baseline comparability. Two group treatment of mild cognitive impairment were effective, the two groups were significantly different statistically significant. The therapeutic effect of EA group in the MMSE scale, graphics recognition score are better than drugs.Conclusion The use of Electric needle and nimodipine, the average cognitive function in patients with MCI could play a positive role, but according to statistics EA group had better effects than the drug group, and in the follow-up process, the EA group were considered known function to improve the situation much better than drugs.The collection of clinical cases are due to be completed, the current assessment of efficacy can not be very accurate, and objective response to the efficacy of two different cases need to be another center After collection, based on more comprehensive sample size for further statistical analysis, comparison and revealed the efficacy of treatment.
