The Study To The Common Mechanism Of Pain And Immune Adjusted By Acupuncture And The Regulation With Endogenous Trh

Objective:to study the common regulation of pain and immune in acupun-cture and the mechanism of endogenous TRH in one of the function. Methods:Inflammation and pain models in rat induced by Freund's Complete Adjuvant trigger as the research object, applicating the incubation period of time of hot shrinkage sole stimulation, paw withdrawal latency for the determine-ation of pain threshold, swelling ratio of foot's cubage for inflammation index, to observe the electricity acupuncture's(EA) analgesic and antiph-logistic effect for AA rat;using double antibody radioimmune method and HPLC method, to observe the effect of endogenous TRH and EA to beta endorphins and 5-HT content in the hypothalamus, serum IL-2, IL-6 content;immunohisto-chemical method for TRH in hypothalamus to observe the action of electr-icity. Results:EA can obviously increase the pain threshold, reduce the swelling ratio, EA can improve beta endorphins and 5-HT content in the hypothalamus and spinal cord, raise IL-21evel and cut IL-61evel, raise the TRH content in the hypothalamus; after injecting TRH resistance-serum in the spine,the pain threshold reduced,the content of 5-HT andβ-EP didn't varied obviously, IL-2,6 level rised, After injecting of serum, the serum without blocking the effect of analgesic and increasing the content of 5-HT andβ-EP; there probably be complemental between TRH andβ-EP in spinal cord;EA didn't elevat the level of endorphins, did not cut IL-6 levels. Conclusion:the acupuncture analgesia has dual function with anti-inflammatory, acupuncture analgesia and in process of immune regulation is likely to have a common mechanism, which can adjust the system by acupunc-ture and role in their common cytokines, polypeptide and common receptors, formed a complete adjusting loop. Endogenous TRH is probably one of the common adjustment mechanisms in acupuncture analgesia and immune.
