| Objective:To establish comprehensive evaluation system of the sub-health population in China and form the diagnostic criteria. To identify the important characteristics of sub-health status of populations and deeply analyze the risk factors. Methods:Referred to content and manufacture method of internationally recognized health measurement scale, such as the SF-36, WQB, MHIQ, WHOQOL, SRHMS and so on, we set quantitative evaluation index and answer to determine the answers to the establishment of sub-health population characteristics of the questionnaire survey Table. To build risk factors for high blood pressure, diabetes and coronary heart disease, the brain death, atherosclerosis and other common diseases. The examination included biochemical, immunological and other laboratory tests, electrocardiogram, heart and lung function indicators of the physical examination. The total number of samples have been gathered 2097 cases from China's political center, economically developed regions, and central areas, three hospital including Central South University of Xiangya Hospital, the PLA General Hospital and the First People's Hospital of Foshan,. Date were entered with strictly quality controlled. Variables were selected with statistical methods. Logistic regression model and classification tree model were established to gain the final regression equation and important characteristics.Results:2097 cases of questionnaires were sent out.1960 cases were returned and 1863 cases were eligible. The returned rate were 90.6% and the eligibility rate were 87.6%. In the two kinds of mathematical models, logistic regression model classification accuracy is higher. The Sub-health symptoms are diverse, involving physical, psychological, social three aspects. The important clinic feature of sub-health are:the hands and feet tremble or chills, fever, shortness of breath, palpitation, constipation, sleep sweating, indigestion, loss of appetite, decreased energy, throat foreign bodies, legs heavy, attention, insomnia, mind empty, etc.. The risk factors are:family conflicts, lack of sleeping, lack of exercise, lack of personal beliefs.Conclusion:. Through gathering large samples from three hospital's medical center in China's political center, economic development and central areas, the analysis shows that the sub-health questionnaire form can be used for the evaluation of sub-health. The established logistic regression model is a good method of sub-health evaluation. China's proportion of the population in sub-health is 57.8% of surveyed samples, sub-health is widespread. |
