A Literature Study On The Risk Factors Of Childhood Asthma And The Clinical Correlation Factors Logistic Regression Analysis

Objective:In this paper,the risk factors of children's asthma in the literature about children's asthma in the past 30 years were analyzed.According to the analysis results,a questionnaire about the risk factors of children's asthma was made,and the clinical cases were investigated by questionnaire.The database of the risk factors of children's asthma was established to find out the risk factors and protective factors of children's asthma To provide scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of asthma.Methods: First,we use CNKI,CSPD and VIP to retrieve the relevant literature about children's asthma risk factors in the past 30 years with the keywords of "children","asthma","risk","factors" and "high risk".Then we use Noteexpress software to eliminate the duplicate literature,and then screen according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,and finally we will get The risk factors were classified and summarized.According to the results,the questionnaire of risk factors of childhood asthma was made.Then,according to the above questionnaire,160 children with asthma and 160 children without asthma were investigated in the pediatric clinic and treatment area of Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of traditional Chinese medicine from December 2018 to December 2019,and the risk factors database of asthma was established by integrating the information in accordance with the questionnaire,and the data were analyzed by multiple factor regression analysis.According to the analysis results,children were obtained Risk factors and protective factors of asthma.Results:Through searching the related literatures about children's asthma risk factors in CNKI,CSPD and VIP,129 selected literatures,including 114 journal papers,were finally obtained,which came from 77 journals,12 degree papers and 3 conference papers.Based on the statistical analysis of the risk factors and protective factors in the 129 selected literatures,739 risk factors were found,which were roughly divided into 57 items,among which familyasthma history,allergic disease history,allergic history,respiratory tract infection,passive smoking and so on were the most frequent ones;47 protective factors were found,which could be summarized into 16 items,of which breast-feeding was the most frequent.The results of questionnaire survey show that in the selected 160 asthmatic children,the ratio of men and women is about 2.02:1;the age of children is mainly in the pre-school period;the age of children's first wheezing is mainly in the early childhood and pre-school period;the season of the first onset is mainly in spring.The results showed that family asthma history,passive smoking,respiratory tract infection,children's allergic history,children's allergic disease history,atopic constitution,antibiotic use,premature delivery were the independent risk factors for children's asthma,and breast-feeding was the protective factor for children's asthma.Conclusion:1.The results of literature study showed that family asthma history,allergic disease history,allergic history,respiratory tract infection,passive smoking were the risk factors of childhood asthma,breast-feeding was the protective factor of childhood asthma.2.The results showed that family history of asthma,passive smoking,respiratory tract infection,children's allergic history,children's allergic disease history,atopic constitution,antibiotic use,preterm delivery were independent risk factors of children's asthma,breast-feeding was the protective factor of children's asthma.
