Clinical Research On The Treatment For Angina Pectoris Of Coronary Heart Disease (type Of Qi Stagnation And Blood Stasis)

Objective:To research the effects of Hua Yu Xin Tong capsule on patients of angina pectoris with the type of blood stasis and qi stagnation。The changes of the syndrome of angina pectoris,ECG,hemorheology and decrease and stop rate of nitroglycerin were observed, as well as its therapeutic effect and safety, in order to provide basis for theⅢclinical experiment。Method:The methods of random, double-blind, positive control of parallel were taken。The patients from the first affiliated hospital of Heilongjiang university of traditional Chinese medicine between June 2006 and December 2006 were the observational persons。They all complied to the standards and had signed the informed protocol。60 patients of angina pectoris with the type of blood stasis and qi stagnation were selected and divided into treating group and control group at random, each group had 30 cases。We provided the capsule with drug number to persons according to their sequences。The treating group had 3 Hua Yu Xin Tong capsules each, tid; the control group had 3 Bao Xin Ning capsules each, tid。The whole treatment lasted 28 days。The effects on the degree of angina pectoris,ECG,hemorheology and decrease and stop rate of nitroglycerin were observed in 28 days。Results:The effective rate of Hua Yu Xin Tong capsule (blood stasis and qi stagnation) on the syndrome of angina pectoris in treating group are 83.33%,30%; and the control group (Bao Xin Ning capsule) are 76.67%,33.33%; The effective rate of Hua Yu Xin Tong capsule on ECG in treating group are 76.67%,13.33%; and the control group are 73.33%,23.33%; Decrease and stop rate of nitroglycerin in treating group is 33.33%, and the control group is 30%。Compared treating group with control group P>0.05,so there is no significance。Compare hemorheology in the group before treatment and after treatment P<0.05, so there has significance; and between group P>0.05, no significance。Conclusion:The curative effect of Hua Yu Xin Tong capsule on patients of angina pectoris with the type of blood stasis and qi stagnation is corresponded with that of Bao Xin Ning capsule。Hua Yu Xin Tong capsule can improve the syndrome of angina pectoris,ECG,hemorheology, and the use of nitroglycerin has decreased。The safety inspection has found no toxicity and side effects。...
