Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Stable Angina Pectoris (Stagnation Of Phlegm And Blood Stasis) With Self-made Hua Tan Tong Luo Decoction

Objective:By comparing the scores of SAQ(Seattle Angina Question-naire),TCM syndrome,Angina attack and the dosage of Nitroglycerin before and after the treatment using self-made Hua Tan Tong Luo decoction with the patient suffering from stability of coronary heart disease angina(stagnation of phlegm blood stasis),this article aim is to discuss the clinical effect of Self-made Hua Tan Tong Luo decoction.Methods:This study consists of 40 patients who have met the screening criteria and were also in the department of cardiology at the First Affiliate Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine from March to December in 2016.It uses the before-and-after comparative method of the treatment to evaluate the efficacy of the treatment.Over a course of four weeks,enrolled patients were given 150ml of self-made Hua Tan Tong Luo decoction twice a day.The patients' accumulated SAQ scores,TCM syndrome points,the status of angina attacks and the dosage change for nitroglycerin before and after the treatment were recorded and compared.Results:1.Scores of physical activity limitation in SAQ,physical activity limitation,angina stability,angina attacks and treatment satisfaction were significantly better after receiving treatment,giving statistical significance to the study(P<0.05).2.Scores of TCM syndrome were significantly lower after receiving treatment,giving statistical significance to the study(P<0.05).3.Scores of angina attacks were significantly lower after receiving treatment,giving statistical significance to the study(P<0.05).4.The stopping and decreasing of Nitroglycerin is 84.21 percent after receiving treatment,it has significant curative effect.Conclusions:1.Self-made Hua Tan Tong Luo decoction has the ability to improve the status of physical activity limitation,angina stability and angina attacks,to decrease frequency and dosage of nitroglycerin and to improve satisfaction of the patients with the stability of coronary heart disease angina(stagnation of phlegm blood stasis).2.Self-made Hua Tan Tong Luo decoction has the ability to effectively decrease the TCM scores of the patients suffering from stability of coronary heart disease angina(stagnation of phlegm blood stasis).
