The Clinical Effect And Experimental Study On Cgrp Level Of Patients With Stable Angina Pectoris Treated By Shenqifuzheng Injection

Objective:To discuss the elementary pathogenesis of stable angina pectoris with the syndrome of qi deficiency and the method of supplementing qi to treat angina pectoris, study the curative effect mechanism of Shenqifuzheng injection on myocardial ischemia and endothelium's function and discuss part of its clinical mechanism.Methods:A total of 60 angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of qi deficiency were observed. They were divided into two groups by random. Each group had 30 patients. There was no obvious difference in age, sex, illness course and severity degree between two groups. The treatment group received Shenqifuzheng infection treatment. The control group received Shenmai injection. The periods are both two weeks.The changes of clinical symptoms, laboratory indexes and CGRP level in all patients were observed before and after treatment.Results:The treatment group was better than control group in overall effective rates of angina pectoris (93.3% vs 90.0%), electrocadiogram effective rate (73.3% vs 63.3%). In endothelium function, CGRP increased. They were better and had remarkable difference than before treatment (P<0.01). Compared between the two groups, there was no statistical difference. In side effects, no obvious and serious side effects were found.Conclusions:Shenqifuzheng injection has specific effect in treating angina pectoris patients with the syndrome of qi deficiency. It operates through improving myocardial ischemia and regulating endothelium function. It is a safe and effective preparation and it is worthy to be studied deeply.
