Objective: By in vitro experimental study, we explored the antitumor effect and mechanisms of fusion protein PTD4-Apoptin combined with Dacarbazine. Methods: In vitro studies, mouse melanoma cell line B16-F1 were treated with fusion protein PTD4-Apoptin combined with Dacarbazine, then their growth was analyzed by MTT assay, AnnexinV-FITC/PI double-staining.Results: In vitro studies showed, fusion protein PTD4-Apoptin could inhibit the growth of mouse melanoma cell line B16-F1. The inhibited effect is enhanced by PTD4-Apoptin combined with Dacarbazine. Conclusions: fusion protein PTD4-Apoptin can inhibit the growth of B16-F1. The combination of PTD4-Apoptin and Dacarbazine might produce synergism effect. The mechanism of the synergism effect might probably focus on Bcl-2.
