Objective:To discuss the clinical therapeutic effects and security on the treatment of LDH by PLDD and discuss the influence of Huoxuetongluo (HXTLF) on the therapeutic effects of LDH after PLDD,which explore the better clinical therapy method of LDH.Methods:Sixty cases of LDH were randomly average divided into the PLDD and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) group (test group) and the PLDD group(control group),having been treated for four weeks.The clinical therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared by observing the change of the subjective symptoms and impersonal physical signs before and one month,three months,six months and one year after treatment.Result:The clinical observation showed that two groups also could reduce the score of the the subjective symptoms(lumbocrural pain, walking instance,lower extremity anaesthesia, scoliosis) and impersonal physical signs(spine side tenderness,straight leg rising test patellar and ankle jerk,muscle strength) of the cases with LDH.Compared to pre-treatment,there was a statistic difference of the therapeutic effects between two groups, after one month treatment(p<0.05).And there without statistic difference of the therapeutic effects between two groups,after three months,six months and one year treatment(p>0.05).Conelusion:1.PLDD can effective improve the subjective symptoms and impersonal physical signs of the cases with LDH,with a definite therapeutic effects,safety,fewer complications and be worth while popularizing.2.Huoxuetongluo (HXTLF) has a visible effect on the forepart healing of LDH after PLDD.
