The Clinical Efficacy Study Of Re Yun â…  Recipe For Yang Xu Han Ning In Knee Osteoarthritis

Objective:To observe Re Yun I recipe for Yang Xu Han Ning in knee osteoarthritis(KOA) of clinical efficacy. Method:The 90 cases of Yang Xu Han Ning in knee osteoarthritis patients were randomly divided into treatment and control groups.The treatment group received Re Yun I in the treatment, and the control group received diclofenac potassium cream. The two treatment are both of external application for afflicted part. To assessment symptoms and signs integral,AIMS and safety indicators of patients after 2,4 weeks of treatment. Results:Two groups after 4 weeks of the treatment, the total efficiency of groups was 86.4% and 90.5% respectively, difference in the two groups was nonsignificant (P>0.05), meanwhile, the two groups with single symptoms, physical sign and AIMS were significant(P<0.05) in treatment after 2 and 4 weeks. During the treatment, 1 case in treatment group and 3 cases in control group exited the study due to obvious skin hypersusceptibility of adverse reactions. Conclusion:The effective of Re Yun I recipe can be alleviated and improve knee symptoms, physical sign,function and AIMS of patients significantly. However, its mechanism and long-term effect is still to be further animal experiments through research and clinical observation to verify and clarify.
