This article made the "January 1st of 2007 to December 31st of 2007" as the contrasting group, and made the "January 1st of 2008 to December 31st of 2008" as the experiment group. Though using the method of KPI and TOPSIS, this article made a discussion to the method of specialized group. Results:1 KPI evaluation:The surgery quality and efficiency of medical care,quantity of work, has increased compared with the group; the quality of medical care and the quantity of work, has increased compared with the group, too; But the index value of the average hospital charges and the average length of stay of the medical efficiency, has reduced; the quality and efficiency of medical care, and the quantity of work, has increased compared with the group, expect the drop of index value of the average hospital charges and the average length of stay and bed turnover. 2.TOPSIS Methods:according to the comprehensive Evaluation of clinical departments, the indicators of the year 2008 are better than 2006,2007.3.Satisfaction of health care services:the indicator of medical services satisfaction,doctors' technical level,doctors'service attitude, and the quality of medical services 4.The proportion of human resource structure are rational.Conclusion: Analyzing the management model of professional physician in charge in the tumour hosiptal proved the efficiency of work.It also contributes to the introduction of competition mechanism, full play at all levels of physicians and initiative to promote progress and innovation in medical technology.
