| This article has a research on terpenoids(extraction, separation and bioactivity) in Elaeagnus mollis leaves.This experiment took 95% ethanol,mathol and acetone as the extraction solvent to extract the terpene.Use immersion ultrasonic method to extract terpene. Finally, we choose 95% alcohol as eluent to extract the terpenoids in 50centigrade for three times.Take petroleum ethe,chloroform,ethyl acetate,acetone etc. as eluent to collect terpenoids.With 100-200 silica column to wash and collect terpene. Choose expansion conditions by thin layer chromatography,choose 200-300 silica column separately use petroleum ether:acetone=40:1; 30:1; 19:1; 13:1; 91:8:2；7:3; 6:4, researching on chloroform washing matter.Meanwhile,we discover that the best expansion system for ethyl acetate is chloroform:mathol=10:1, and acetone's is chloroform:mathol=9:2. This experiment studied terpenoids' antioxidation in order to research the bioactivity of terpenoids from Elaeagnus mollis leaves. Make use of pyrogallol authorization measuring the extracts' effects of scavenging hydroxyl free radical and Saffron Red Pigment measuring effects of removing superoxide anion free radical. The research in order to show that how about the effects of the extracts scavenging the free radicals with the reaction time prolonging;study on the relationship between the total terpenoids and DPPH with reaction time growing to measure different DPPH left.The result shows that the total terpene plays a good part in scavenging the free radicals.In some range,the total terpene can clear hydroxyl free radical, superoxide anion free radical and DPPH free radicals quickly. |
