Elaeagnus mollis diels belong to elaeagnus of Elaeagnaceae, thatis rich in a variety of nutrition contents in leaves, furthermore, elaeagnus has already been exploited and used in the area of healthand medicament. This paper studies which the ingredient of bioactivecompounds and activities it have. Regard Elaeagnus mollis leaves asthe research object, enzyme assisted extraction process, purification process, identification and antioxidant activity of theflavonoids in Elaeagnus mollis leaves were studied in this thesis. The results are as follows:(1) The studing regarded alkaloids yield as investigates index.According to single factor and response surface methodologyexperiments, the research conditions were found. The optimumdosage of enzymatic hydrolysis 7.5mg/g, time 3h, pH value 4.3,temperature 51℃. In this four factors, the greatest impact is pHvalue. (2) One constituentⅠ_α, which of the alkaloids were separated bythe way of silica gel column chromatography and TLC. This researchanalysed componentⅠ_αmay contain cyclopeptide alkaloid by colorreaction preliminarily. In addition, the infrared spectrum toⅠ_αanalysis shows thatⅠ_αcontain alkaloids compounds of typicalcharacteristics of absorption peaks,Ⅰ_αhigh-performance liquidchromatography analysis alkaloid components thatⅠ_αcontains mostof the material for peak three represents the material.(3) Studied the alkaloids extracted liquid of 4 kinds of plant seedgermination, seedling growth and physiological and biochemicalproperties influence. The results show that handline cucumisgermination and seedling growth indexes are strong inhibition, andwith the concentration increases, inhibition strengthened; Forsoybeans, cucumbers and beans, the result show low concentrationand high concentration of inhibition to promote doubleconcentration effect. In biological extraction of 4 kinds of plantswere the physiological and biochemical research reveals thehandline cucumis melo seedlings of SOD and POD and CATcompared with the control are significantly significant lowering ofthe trend, and soy beans, green beans, cucumber revealed after thefirst of the decline of the trend up.
