As an important part of TCSL (Teaching Chinese as Second Language), and with the sustainable and stable developement of social economy and culture in our country, Business Chinese learning has attracted more and more attention from foreign students. However, the present limitations in Business Chinese teaching couldn't meet with the demands of teaching. It is urgent to improve the teaching methods and advance the ability of language using. At present, cooperative learning is an instructional theory and strategy adopted by many countries and spreads the whole world. Since it was introduced into China in 1980s, practice on the cooperative learning has been gradually carried out in colleges and middle-primary schools. Meanwhile, deep research and study on it has been made in Chinese teaching profession, which has achieved good results. So introducing the theory of cooperative learning into business Chinese teaching will provide a good sample to us.This paper begins with the general description on current research situation, conception and theoretical basis of cooperative learning, combining the features and characteristics of Business Chinese, to investigate the feasibility of application in this curriculum. On the basis of teaching experience, a series of practice and method on how to introduce cooperative learning into Business Chinese teaching have been used during the whole process. And by analyzing the process and the effect of implementation, a lot of useful suggestions and experiences of the application of cooperative learning to Business Chinese teaching have been put forward to further develop.
