Well, these new words generated after its use and distribution of how frequently people use these new terms which have the characteristics of it, in order to better understand these, we need to select a representative of the text, its careful inspection.Newspapers are fast mass media reported that many new things at the same time, to actively disseminate the resulting large number of new terms, In view of this, In this paper, select the "Southern Weekly" as the subject of investigation in order to use 2007 1-48 issue of "Southern Weekend" as a closed corpus, extraction the use of new terms of "Southern Weekly", construction of a "Southern Weekly" new word thesaurus, of the thesaurus to make quantitative and qualitative statistical analysis, to pry into the current new words in modern Chinese usage.
