Human right is one of the hottest issues all over the world. It has been a cherished ideal of mankind to enjoy full human rights .For the human rights issues, different countries have different views, some of which are even sharply contradictory. In recent years, international struggles for human rights are becoming increasingly fierce. Some Western countries work hard to pursue the so-called 'human rights diplomacy', and advocate views such as 'human rights overriding sovereignty' and 'human rights is borderless', 'humanitarian intervention theory"', thus adopting use the human rights issues to interfere in other country's internal affairs. In this case, it is of great significance to carry out the serious study and research of Marxist theory of human rights. China is a socialist country, which sticks to the Marxist concept of human rights, and in the revolution and construction we will combine of Marxist theory of human right and concrete practice of human rights and national conditions, to solve specific problems in China. Focusing on 'Marxist conception of human rights in China' the paper to elaborates the Marxist concept of human rights by a based on the Party literature and the Chinese Communists ' discourse on the human rights, the paper carries out systematic study of Marxist theory of human rights in the historical process of sinicization. Discusses the concept practice of Marxist theory of human rights. on this basis, it sums up China's experience and enlightenment of Marxist theory of human rights in China.This paper consists of six chapters, including an introduction, four chapters of the text and a conclusion.The introduction chapter introduces the research background of human rights theory, the purpose and significance of this paper,the present research situation at home and abroadChapter II argue the formation, the basic concepts and feathers, the historical process of human rights of Marx and Engels, the basic concepts and features, has a comprehensive grasp Marxist theory of human rights, and strives to achieve a comprehensive and systematic on the study of Marxist theory of human rights, by exploring human rights theory of Marx and Engels, Lenin's important contribution to Marxist theory of human rights, and Stalin's construction of the Soviet human rights system.Chapter III uses the party leaders' ideology of human rights as the central clue, it discusses the development of Marxist ideology of human rights in China, and carries out a systematic research on the historical process of the sinicization of Marxist theory of human rights by studying Mao Zedong's, Deng Xiaoping's, Jiang Zemin's and Hu Jintao's human rights ideology .Chapter IV, by combining theory with practice, focuses on the protection of human rights for vulnerable groups. And analyzes the significant achievements which China has achieved, in the concrete practice the Marxist theory of human rights.Chapter V, through the first few chapters of this study, sums up the practical application of experience for Marxist theory of human rights in China, including: (1) uphold the dominant position of Marxist concept of human rights in China ;(2) adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party and take the road of socialism with Chinese characteristics, which is a prerequisite for the development of China's human rights; (3) Reform and opening up. Which is the only way for the development of China's human rights; (4) emancipate the mind, advance with the times, which is the driving force for the development of China's human rights; (5) Democracy and the law is inherent in the development of China's human rights requirements; (6) social stability and path of peaceful development, which is a necessary requirement for China's human rights to have a continued development ; (7) people-oriented, which embodies the essence of the Marxist theory of human rights content.Chapter VI comes to a conclusion that the sinicization of the Marxist theory on human rights in China is developing and advances with the times based on the condition of our country.
