The Improvement Of China's Legal System Of The Agricultural Subsidies Under The Wto Framework

Agriculture is the source of creature comforts, the root of survival, the foundation of development. With internationalization, opening and modernization, China's entry into the WTO, on one hand, has made Chinese agricultural become an open industry; one the other hand, has brought more opportunities and challenges to Chinese agriculture. On this basis, based on the investigation of China's country situation and national power, this dissertation attempts to explore an agricultural subsidy legal system which accords with China's country situation and to establish an agricultural subsidy legal system which focuses on the equality of survival right and the developing right.This article is divided into three chapters:the introduction, the body, and the conclusion.Chapter I for China's WTO accession commitments, it summarizes the development of the system of agricultural subsidies.Chapter II it firstly summarizes the overall deficiencies in the present agricultural subsidies for legal system of China. Then analyses the current agricultural subsidies system of general and specific system defects existing problems.Chapterâ…¢it proposes ways to perfect Chinese agricultural subsidies legal system in legislation idea and system construction.
