The Morality Of Taking The Blame And Resigning And Its Internal Control

There is inherent relationship between Resignation and Morality. Resignation has moral awareness, moral emotion, moral will and moral conviction of four stability elements.Responsibility is moral awareness of Resignation. Conscience is the moral emotion of the Resignation. Sense of shame is the moral will of Resignation behavior. Integrity is moral conviction of the Resignation behavior. Resignation behavior reflects the fairness, efficiency, democracy, service moral spirit. It has internal and external moral environment. Its external environments are social moral environment and official ethical environment; Its internal moral environments are the moral conflict environment of power, the role conflict of the moral environment, the interest conflict of the moral environment.there are lacks of moral awareness,lacks of moral responsibility and lacks of moral will about Resignation behavior.The reasons are the institution which neglects morality and the person who has no morality.We must focus on moral education,moral management and moral control in order to further improve the Resignation.
