Research On The Construction Of China’s Official Morality System Under The Background Of Anti-Corruption

Official virtue, namely the official morals. It includes the moral belief, moral psychology, moral behavior and moral quality. Advocate official morality is the outstanding cultural tradition of the Chinese nation, research the official moral construction has been a politician, scholar, thinker’s eternal subject. However, the contemporary China the anomie of official morality is the practical problems we face, in the contemporary Chinese part of officials appeared political public servant consciousness desalination, bureaucracy is serious; the economic power rent-seeking, trading power for money; the life power trading, style of erosion; spiritual culture integrity missing phenomenon. Officials lost the moral behavior norm, endanger the ruling status of the party, weaken the ruling foundation of the party; disturb the normal economic order; harm social atmosphere, hinder social progress. Research has important theoretical and practical significance to the system of official morality construction in contemporary China for preventing the anomie phenomenon of official morality Although the domestic scholars on the official moral construction of the part of the basic theory of the formation of a consensus. But there is a bottleneck in practice. The use of Internet technology to facilitate the establishment of an official evaluation system is an effective means to promote the construction of China’s official de system.This paper mainly discusses the background of honest construction, official morality of connotation, characteristics, construction status and institutional causes of anomie and countermeasure suggestions of the official moral system construction. The paper is divided into three chapters:The first chapter: the connotation and characteristics of official morality. The first part Analysis of the historical origin of morality construction in our country from the ancient and new China established two historical periods, then the connotation of official morality is defined, then introduces the characteristics of official morality, the last is the focus of this chapter, deeply discussed the overseas official virtue construction experience separately from Asia and Europe. This chapter lays the foundation to the second and the three chapter.The second chapter: analysis of the current situation of moral construction and anomie system in our country. This part is divided into three sections. The first section analyzes our country official virtue construction of political, economic, and cultural test. The second section introduces the official morality construction of our country’s achievements, and then points out the existing problems. The third section is the focus of this chapter, in detail from the perspective of law and supervision, assessment and moral education system, analyzes the reasons of the official moral anomie, proposed to prepare specific proposal measures.The third chapter: the countermeasure suggestions of the official moral system construction. In order to solve the officials dare not greed, can not greed, do not want to corrupt problems through a series of institutional building, put an end to the anomie of official morality phenomenon fundamentally.
