Constitution is the general rules for a country. Running the country according to law, the most important thing is according to the Constitution. In the process of implementing the Constitution, because of the legislative level and practice level for various reasons, unconstitutional condition is inevitable. Sun Zhigang case, Qi Yuling case, and the right to equality in recent years all reflect the fact that constitutional existence to some extent.To protect the enforcement of the Constitution, maintain the dignity of the Constitution, to civil rights recognized by the Constitution from text into reality, must be established Constitutional Review in line with our national conditions. The state, can be limited to public power, can be controlled within the Constitution. The government does not run track to off against the statutory rights of citizens by the Constitutional Review. It is important for implementation of the Constitution of our country and the promotion of democracy, building a harmonious society.This article defined constitutional, unconstitutional and constitutional review on the concept, revealed the necessity of Constitutional Review system. Comparative analysis of Britain, the United States, France, Germany, Japan and other countries, representative system of constitutional review of theoretical research and system design, analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various constitutional reviews and the possibility of implementation in our country.In view of the modern times, there's "a Constitution without Constitutionalism," This article captures the development of our country in various stages of Constitutional Review on the Constitutional provisions, Constitutional Review is closely related to a country's political system, judicial system. Therefore, this article on our implementation of the Constitutional Review of institutional barriers and obstacles of theory, while focusing on Constitutional Review and consider China's political system, judicial system, fit, feasibility studies of Constitutional Review in China's path selection.
