Design And Practice Of Trade Union Websites In University-based On The Perspective Of Service

University union website has been well constructed in design and development, but there are few studies on its function and positioning, for instance, many unreasonable website columns, the deviation between theory and application, the demand from the faculty, etc. How to design the function of university union website and apply the website to provide learning for the university faculty and help them to deeply understand the meaning of trade unions, how to change the awareness that the union is only engaged in activities and welfare, to cause the staff to truly realize the function of the union through the website, to urge the Union to play an effective role and improve its service efficiency and quality for the faculty, which are all the major issues for the web developers and builders of the trade union.This paper is based on the author's experience on the grass-root trade union and the present condition of our university union website; analyzes the status of faculty awareness, the trade union, the union's working environment and the construction of union site, proposes suggestions on building the website to meet the needs of university union, and demonstrates the faculty characteristics combined with the nature and function of the trade union organization. To design the website working principles as a starting point, to serve the people wholeheartedly as a guide, to design functionally and systematically as a mainline, to gather large-scale information material as the foundation, the paper has identified a suitable strategy for the trade union on the union website, and discussed the design ideas and development process of constructing the website for the staff.
