Research On Well-being Of Rural Migrant Workers In The Construction Of People's Livelihood

The rural migrant workers have made outstanding contributions for the country's urbanization, industrialization and modernization. Peasant-worker has become an important part of our industrial workers. Today, the happiness of rural migrant workers has become one of the important issues related to the social harmony and stability. In the search for equity, justice and harmony, sharing today, concerning the issue of rural migrant workers'well-being has an important meaning for implementing the scientific concept of development,promoting people's livelihood,building a socialist harmonious society and building a moderately prosperous society.This paper basing on the background of construction of people's livelihood , defined the concepts related to the well-being of rural migrant workers; presented the characteristics and evaluation indicators of well-being of rural migrant workers; described the status of well-being of rural migrant workers; more in-depth analysis the main factors of the well-being of rural migrant workers and proposed the path upgrading the happiness of rural migrant workers .Through more systematic research on the issue of happiness of rural migrant workers, provided a theoretical reference for the relevant government departments to take measures to effectively enhance the well-being of rural migrant workers.
