The Research In Integrity Education Of Medical Students

Credibility is the traditional virtue of Chinese nation, is every citizen's fundamental mannered when dealing with others. The contemporary Chinese are adhering to the traditional virtues of moral values, and inheriting Chinese nation's traditional virtue by keeping promises. However, no credit events occur frequently driven by the benefit of market economy. Medical industry as an important part of society, lacking of honesty events also cannot be eliminated. The thesis bases on the understanding of honesty, to know contemporary society, medical students and medical field of dishonesty phenomenon. Through a questionnaire survey of medical students, understands the credibility situation of medical students and the reason of medical students' lacking of credibility, further analyzes the important relationship between the honesty education of medical students and medical integrity training, it is the important significance of credit education of medical students. Finally, the article gives his comments and suggestions for medical students' integrity education. The thesis includes five parts:The first part of the thesis mainly explains the connotation of integrity from three aspects. First, Chinese traditional culture of honesty, mainly from the interpretation of moral perspective, that honesty is an important aspect of Chinese ethics, integrity is defined as the important daily behavior criterion, is the national excellent moral quality, is part of the Chinese civilization. Second, modern western culture defines the value of honesty marked with the brand of economic activity. Modern western civilization in the capitalist market economy environment, social contract theory is an important theoretical support ,credit in the western economic society has not only is a kind of moral character, but must abide by the code of conduct, what is more , credit become social capital in modern economy. Third, the value of honesty in medical field, for medical workers, honesty is the basic professional ethics and professional spirit, medical workers' integrity education is the important aspect of Medical ethics construction.The second part of the thesis analyzes the honesty situation of contemporary social and medical students and medical industry. Through literature study and investigation finds the leading moral values still adhere to honesty, however no credit events happen very often. The paper mainly analyzes the integrity situation of the medical students and the medical industry.In the third part of the thesis discusses medical students' lack of credibility is not short of time, a variety of reasons. By analyzed and summarized, it can be epitomize as follows: the negative influence of social environment; in Medical colleges, sponsoring concept is not accurate, supervision and punishment mechanism of dishonest behaviors is not perfect; in Schools and families, moral education is absence or have gap between Knowledge and action; Medical students' own quality defects and so on.The fourth part of the thesis bases on the first three parts, discusses the significance of medical students' honesty education. On the promise of full understanding the effect of current medical students' integrity education, focuses on analyzing the relationship between medical students' integrity education and medical Integrity, clears the important role of medical students' integrity education in medical honesty construction, and digs deeper social significance of medical students' integrity education.The fifth part of the thesis discusses how to combine medical education characteristics, to strengthen the honesty education for medical students. As a part of college students, all applicable education of college students' honesty can be applied to the credit education of medical students. For example, to strengthen moral education, the construction of campus environment, constructing the honesty credibility education system, etc. However, the medical students have their own particularity. The thesis think about combining medical students education characteristics, strengthen medical students' humane spirit training, improve medical students' moral integrity.
