The Study On College Students' Intercourse Barrier And Its Modification

With the deepening of reform and the developing of socialist market economy, multi-cultural and infomationization were in full swing, people's lifestyle, values, communication concept have undergone profound changes. College students are still immature, the concept of intercourse is not stable and prone to communication barriers. Under the background of CPC Central Committee putting "forming harmonious interpersonal relations" as a context of development goals, college students as a force of social construction, the harmony of their interpersonal relationship not only concerning the individual's healthy growth and overall development, but also will directly affect the harmonious construction of the community. Thus, strengthening the study of college students'interaction barrier, and actively exploreing ways of adjustment barrier have become an important issue of ideological and political education.This article is based on ideological and political education, fully draw on psychology, ethics, sociology, social psychology and other disciplines of research results. It combins the theoretical analysis and empirical research.This article obtains the features of contemporary college students'interaction, systematically analyzes the performance and the causes of college students'interaction barrier.It proposes the principles,content and channels of intercourse barrier's modification. It provides guiding principles and specific methods for students to build good interpersonal relationships.It helps students overcome the interaction barrier, also maintain physical and mental health.The article turns to enhancing college students'communication skills and realizing their full development. The essay is divided into five parts:The first part defines interpersonal intercourse and intercourse barrier, analyses the condition element of interpersonal interaction, and deepens our understanding of the performance of barriers through the elaboration of interpersonal interaction theory and classification of barrier.The second part obtains the relevant data through visits and questionnaire survey method first,then analyses the characteristics of college students interaction, elaborates the common college students'interaction barrier from both subjective and objective aspects.Last it analyse the reasons of college students interaction barriers from society, school, family and individual psychological factors, which focused on analyzing the cognitive, emotional and personality.The third part brings up the principle of adaptation of college students'interaction barrier:persisting in educational guidance and self-adjustment in a combintion, persisting in common concern and focusing main point in a combination, persisting in troubled adjustment and crisis intervention in a combination, persisting in professional counseling and full members participate in a combination.The fourth part comprehensive probes into the contents of the adjustment of college students'interaction barrier. It proposes four aspects of adaptation methods from the intercourse moral, cognitive, personality and skill in order to guide college students going out of the shadow and building harmonious relationships.The fifth part brings up the ways to adapt of college students'interaction barrier from the angle of ideological and political education:taking theory courses as the main channel to foster the quality of the success of college students'interaction; giving full play to the role of group and social organizations for college students to build more interaction platform; strengthening the construction of campus culture and enrich the campus cultural activities to create a harmonious environment for college students'interaction; paying attention to mental health education and psychological consultation to prevent and overcome college students'interaction barrier;establishing the intervention mechanism of college students'interaction to mobilize various aspects of power of enthusiasm.
