Normalized development is an important strategy of educational work to achieve scientific and political trend of college students.However,in current ideological education activities,The subjective initiative of educators and passive educators can not be effectively realized.Many ideological and political education activities,the problem of form,is highlighted,seriously restricting its own sustainability and normative development.The normal development of college students' ideological and political education is determined by the complex and changeable educational environment in the new period.It is also an objective requirement to adapt to the diversity of college students and to improve the adaptability of educators.However,the research on the normalized development of ideological education focuses on the experience summary,the rational basis of learning,and it can't be deeply grasped from the height of thought theory.The first chapter of this paper is the general theory of normalization.This part focuses on the connotation,characteristics,normalized development conditions,value demands and theoretical basis of the normalized development,and points out that the normalized development concept conforms to the special nature of ideological education,embodies the internal unity of quantitative change and qualitative change.The second chapter is the ideological education normalized and significance.It analyzes the connotation and significance of the regular construction of college students' ideological and political education,which points out the facing difficulties of the ideological and political education work in the normalized construction,such as relationship coordination incentive problems,controllable and persistent problem.On this basis,the chapters 3 and 4 of this article reviews and summarizes the ideological education in our country history experience of normal and abnormal,and summarizes the phenomenon,problems and values of the abnormal phenomenon in the ideological and political education of college students,and inductive the reason from the aspects of the education environment,team construction,methods does not adapt,and so on.The fifth chapter puts forward point of view that the new normal thinking lead ideological education normal development.This chapter points out the limitations of scientism thinking paradigm widely in the current construction of the normalized,and emphasizes to lead and activate the pluralistic subjectivity by the new normal thinking dialectically and explores the Collaborative innovation model of ideological education actively.Finally,in chapter6,we put forward the development idea on college students' ideological education normalized construction.In order to solve the ideological and political education normalized construction problems puts forward instructional strategies.In addition to emphasizing the normal construction of institutional mechanism,we should pay attention to the normalization of practice education,life education,cultural environment construction,education goal,education evaluation system,teacher team construction.In order to get rid of the trend of normalization,epistemology and cybernetics,abandon utilitarian thinking and quantitative thinking,the construction of normalization in the new period should emphasize the flexibility,pertinence,appeal and permeability of ideological and political work.The normalized development accords with the ideological education and the actual effect,helps to grasp the basic law of ideological education,and makes the ideological education activities more standardized and lasting.The normal development is not only refers to the basic operation of the development of things,the frequency of activities,but also the cultural atmosphere and the formation of daily behavior habits.Therefore,although the construction of system and mechanism can provide important guarantee for the normal development of ideological education work,this can only be a normal development,recessive normalization development is more fundamental and lasting.Secondly,the normal development of ideological education although the pursuit of stable development.But it does not mean to the restraint of individual enthusiasm to achieve,but to stimulate the participants' initiative and interactive awareness of cooperation,improve the quality and efficiency of educational activities.Therefore,the current ideological and political education should not rely on one-way cramming method education or imperative management,but explore the new mode and new carrier to promote interaction between educational activists.Third,the normal development of ideological education can't be limited to the implementation and standardization of educational management activities,the research object is not only educators,but also educators.Therefore,we should activate two subjectivity through two aspects of internalization advantage and externalization advantage.We should improve their self-discipline consciousness and responsibility consciousness of ideological education activities continuously,and build a win-win interactive behavior model in good cultural atmosphere.In order to meet the multiple needs,achieve the feedback effect of quality improvement,promote the normal development of ideological education,and improve the momentum of regular development.We should dialectically look at the problems in the normalization of ideological education,and adapt the new normal development thinking to the current more complex and changeable situation.In this regard,the normal development should not only pursue stable,orderly,but also consciously through reform to achieve innovation and development.The normal development should not only grasp the basic law of ideological education,consciously abide by the requirements of the system and mechanism,but also be forward-looking,from the passive adaptation to the active guidance.The new normal thinking is the comprehensive innovation of normal thinking and Abnormal thinking,guiding us to ideological education in dialectical thinking.The construction of normal development of college students' ideological and political education should be improved and perfected in the aspects of development goal,development concept,system mechanism,etc.On the other hand,mainly focuses on the construction of daily ideological and political education development model,so that ideological education to socialization,integration,and development direction.The effective combination of theory teaching,activity practice,daily management and campus cultural environment must be strengthened,and the penetration ability of ideological education through method and carrier innovation,constantly stimulate the participants' participation vitality and self-discipline consciousness.
