The aims was to answer the question such as,"whether the university need citizen educationor not"? if needed,What was the Value Positioning of citizen education in university? And what's the Path Selection for citizen education in university? Those were the rethink of"What kind of personnel should university train from the Angle of harmonious society"? And Where the ideological and political education in university went from there?Rounded the problems, I putted my ideas founded on a deep base of theory,which were Karl Marx's all-round development of human being theory, harmonious society theory, citizen education,Civil Society theory.First, citizen education was the need of harmonious society。It had economic value,political value,cultural value and social value.Second, There was a deal of distance of college kids between" citizen dignity"and "To be or become qualified citizen".Third,"Take Human as the emphasis" was the corevalue value.We should treat life in awe and subject of human in respect;Return to Life World and be a qualified citizen";Concerned about the ecological health and pursue harmonious between man and nature.Fourth, Classroom Teaching, campus democracy and Service Learning are the good way choose for the citizen education in university.The drawing of a conclusion by reasoning the above questions.Geting afoot citizen education to build a harmonious society is University's obligatory responsibility. As time changes,citizen education was the Inevitable Choice for ideological and political education.
