In August 2002,Ministry of education issued the documents-《The ordinary university physical education curriculum teaching guidelines》,which pointed out that Curriculum evaluation is an important link,Students' learning evaluation of physical education curriculum evaluation is an important component.Under the guideline of《teaching guidelines》, the research of theory and practice of College calisthenics teaching evaluation aspects is increasing,however, Aerobics class for college students' learning evaluation standard for further research are relatively few, The students are influenced by traditional learning evaluation of thoughts and evaluation system,there are no reflect the characteristics of aerobics and characteristics in the evaluation, hindered the development of the aerobics exercise.This article analyzed the existing problems of normal university students' learning evaluation of public PE aerobics investigation of the present standards, Constructing the evaluation index system and evaluation standard based on the theories and national policy, documents and calisthenics with its own characteristics.the subject choose aerobics class student learning evaluation standard for research,the aim is making college calisthenics teaching goal more clearly, using relevant research methods for students' learning evaluation standards make objective of "unity", this standard can be a student aerobics course target, and the ruler of teaching quality inspection, truly reflect the joint efforts of teachers and students of teaching achievement, to further improve the teaching quality of college calisthenics provides a theoretical and practical basis.This research apply the literature, questionnaire (experts interview, questionnaire and Delphi method and mathematical statistics,invetaging the hebei normal university public PE elective course of aerobics situation assessment, constructing the evaluation index system In the existing problems,offering references to hebei normal university for further evaluation standard of students' learning calisthenics.the study concluded:1 Hebei normal university students' learning evaluation of public PE aerobics standard is not optimistic.
