China’s current educational objectives and economic development require the education sector to cultivate more innovative,comprehensive development and personality development talents.In the current aerobics teaching process,teachers should actively cultivate students’ theoretical knowledge and professional skills to learn and master the ability to make aerobics teaching process ecological.In order to achieve this goal,teachers need to abandon the wrong ideas in the past teaching process,to achieve the goal of comprehensive development,personality development and sustainable development of students in the first place,rather than teachers teaching task,students learn passive acceptance of the " non-ecological" process.Therefore,the ecological teaching concept is used in aerobics classroom teaching,so that teachers and students can meet teaching problems and learning problems with ecological thinking to analyze,think,solve and summarize the problem,this method is bound to become the new trend of aerobics teaching and learning in the future.This study starts from the actual classroom teaching,using the principles and methods of ecology to study the problems in the classroom.Taking the students of aerobics class of Wuhan university of engineering as the research object,this paper analyzes the " non-ecological phenomenon" and its influencing factors in aerobics class by means of literature,teaching and interview.By using quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis as the research methods,the investigation results were collected,summarized and analyzed.according to the ecological teaching theory and principles,the ecological classroom teaching strategy of aerobics in colleges and universities was put forward,that is,taking ecological balance as the concept,to formulate clear teaching objectives.Take the student growth as the core,optimizes the single teaching content.With the aim of harmony between teachers and students,rich teaching methods are adopted.With the development of life as the ultimate goal,build a multi-evaluation system.To create an interactive teaching process characterized by loose pleasure.And through the comparative analysis of the five dimensions of interest,autonomous learning,cooperation ability,teacher-student relationship,skills mastery of the experimental group and the control group,the effectiveness of the design and application of aerobics teaching strategy was verified.The survey results show that:(1)College students’ satisfaction with aerobics course is low,the sense of participation is not strong,most of the students did not correct their views on learning.(2)Due to the influence of the traditional teaching mode,the ecological balance of the whole classroom has been damaged,teaching appeared " non-ecological status quo",performance for students conformity and retreat,the hegemony and control of teachers,classroom group ecological imbalance,dangerous " flowerpots effect",super tolerance is not suitable for the classroom ecological space environment.(3)The practice of aerobics ecological classroom teaching strategy shows that the new teaching strategy has significantly improved students’ learning interest,autonomous learning ability,cooperation ability,teacher-student relationship and aerobics skills.
