Teaching is a practice of reflective, Chinese teaching is a practice of reflective ,that based on the understanding of how to learn. As an important part of language teaching of middle school, being successful or not of reading teaching is a decisive factor of language teaching. Students'language literacy is largely improved through reading directly or indirectly, which can also be said in the process of explaining and exploring the language problem. How to increase students'verbal skills, while making them to known more about the language knowledge. How to better deal with the relationship between language teaching and ability cultivating, has been the important issue of in the reform of the language courses and its teaching.In this thesis, the revised Bloom's Taxonomy of Educational Objectives for the study of the theory, first, the revised Bloom's Taxonomy of educational objectives of theoretical and practical significance in the Reading instruction been explained. I illustrate the practical significance. Then take about the design goal of reading instruction, students preview the design of the proposed language teaching, reading teaching, the theory provides a feasible proposal in the experimental study. Based on the theory of selected classical teaching of reading carried out empirical research and empirical findings of the study were analyzed. Finally, based on the results of empirical research to promote the theory of the problem, language teachers need to learn the process of development theory, curriculum standards in the target language problem and experimental studies have not been to solve ,we puts forward some suggestions a view to achieving effective teaching of Chinese reading.
