Since China’s eighth curriculum reform of elementary education started, under the policy of textbooks diversification under the guidance of one curriculum standard, there is a variety of biological textbooks, and the quality also has improved. But, we should notice that there are many problems of the system relative to textbook. These include the compiling of textbook, which has drawn some researchers’attention.During the compiling of textbook, the most important problem is how to guarantee the consistency between textbook and curriculum standard, the second important problem is how to guarantee the consistency of learning goal, text, activity and the exercise. If we solve these two problems, we’ll form a mechanism of compiling textbook, and provide favorable condition for curriculum reform of elementary education.In this paper, the author will use the Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised) as a tool to discuss how to transfer the contents and requirements of curriculum standard into the textbooks and guarantee the consistency of them, and discuss learning goal, text and exercise with the Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised)The paper includes four chapters. Chapter One is introduction. In this chapter, the author will introduce the origin of topic, significance of the research, situation of study, the train and method, and so on. Chapter Two is senior biological curriculum standard under the Blooms Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised).In this chapter, the author will use the Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised) as a tool, find out knowledge core of content curriculum, method of design idea and abilities of goal in the curriculum standard, and transfer the verb of content standard into cognition process of Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised)(or choose), we’ll transfer the curriculum standard into form of bloom’s goal structure. Chapter Three is Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised) and textbook compiling, which is the core part of this paper. In this chapter, first, author will illustrate the correlation the four knowledge at the levels of unit’s and section’s knowledge organization, then discuss the knowledge Refinement and the express of the cognition process to study the present of textbook. In addition, there is a discussion of the consistency of text and the curriculum standard. Chapter Four is Bloom’s Taxonomy of Educational Objectives (revised) and exercise compiling. the author will discuss the exercise compiling in the dimensions of knowledge and cognition process, and the consistency of learning goal, text and the exercise. Chapter Five is advices and outlook of compiling textbook, the author will discuss the personnel, process of compiling textbook, and point out the subject of intensive study relevant to compiling textbooks。...
