The rapid advancement in today's circumstances, the professional commitment of teachers becoming more and more by the school and the community's concern, college physical education teachers are an important part of school teachers, the level of commitment to the teaching profession is also very important. Through vocational commitment to research, teacher professional help to understand emotions, to improve the behavior of college physical education teachers, physical education teachers work in colleges and universities to stimulate the enthusiasm of great significance.In this paper, literature, interview, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics and logical analysis of PE Teachers of Heilongjiang Province, the emotional commitment to career commitment, obligations, commitments, cost of commitment, the opportunity to pledge commitment to the ideal investigation and analysis of the five dimensions. The results show that PE teachers in Heilongjiang Province, the overall level of career commitment in the lower-middle; teachers in the professional commitment does not exist on gender, education, job, schools, types of differences; Heilongjiang Province, PE teacher professional commitment to the existence of age differences, from the average horizontal distribution point of view, showed a skewed distribution, the increase with age, occupational level of commitment to gradually reduce; Heilongjiang Province, there is commitment to college sports titles of differences in the teaching profession, from an average of the middle of the distribution curve can be seen on the lower ends of the trend of high.Heilongjiang Province, college sports for the professional commitment of teachers in age, titles there is a significant difference, it is recommended through the development of rational policies and systems to increase the physical education teachers wages, benefits, etc., to the college physical education teachers to create a good working environment and working atmosphere and retain qualified personnel, especially high title, highly educated skilled specialists. To promote physical education in colleges and universities work to a new level, to a new level.
