The existing research confirms student's academic achievement is influenced by many factors, including the motivation, emotion and personality, cognitive style and learning strategies, etc. In learning activities, the various factors common restricts the student's learning efficiency.'Junior students'in Xinjiang are taken as the object of study,selected three important factors: cognitive styles, learning motivations and leaning strategies based on the predecessors'studies, discussed the relationship between them and the learning achievement of'junior students'.Field Cognitive Picture Test, Students Learning Scale, and Study Process Questionnaire are used to investigate junior students and obtained 416 available papers. Then, compared research factors with learning achievement and analyzed the outcome of the investigation, and put forward some advices.By statistic analysis, make the following conclusions:1.'Junior students'in Xinjiang in different source, grades and different gender have obvious significant different on cognitive style. There is obvious different on surface motivation of students source and grade. There is obvious different on leaning strategies of students grade.2. There are obvious correlation relations among students'source, learning strategy, cognitive style, study motivation, learning strategy and learning achievement.3. Junior students'cognitive style, learning motivations and learning strategy all influence their learning achievement.4. Junior students'cognitive style, learning motivations and learning strategy influence their learning achievement directly. Students'cognitive styles influence their learning achievement indirectly through learning strategy. Cognitive style influences learning achievement through learning motivations.
