Objective: This research discusses through the influence of long time aerobic exercise of the middle and old aged teachers' cardiovascular diseases biochemistry target, and hopes to certify that sports exercise is the effective and inexpensive measure to intervene the cardiovascular diseases risk factor. Methods: We carried out complexion of aerobic exercise questionnaire or investigation and body test among the middle and old aged teachers aged 35-74 in Xuzhou Normal University, and selected the exercise group(124 teachers)who have taken part in the aerobic exercise for more than three years. The exercise project is aerobic exercise and exercise intensity is 55%-70% of maximal heart rate, RPE is 12-14 steps, exercise sustained time is 30-60min , move number of times weekly being 3 time and the above. the condition of control group (132 teachers): usually do not like the body movement or the movement frequency is very few, and the movement is disordered. Besides the detailed inspection on the height, weight, resting heart rate, and blood pressure, we also carried out the biochemistry determination on detailed empty stomach blood sugar, blood fats, blood rheology target. The research results showed:1. The resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, mean blood pressure, rate-pressure produce of the testing group teachers is lower than the control group (P <0.01) ),and the difference is obvious, but pulse pressure did not show an obvious difference(P >0.05). There is no significance in statistics.2. The total cholesterol, triglyceride, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol ,the low density lipoprotein cholesterol, body weight index, blood sugar of the testing group teachers is lower than the control group (P <0.01) , and the difference is obvious.3. The specific viscosity of the whole blood high cuts high, middle cuts, low cuts, and the return to original state viscosity of the whole blood high cuts high, middle cuts, low cuts, the gather, distortion and the rigid index of the red blood cell , the electrophoresis time of the red blood cell, the viscosity and the yield stress of the kasong are below the control group(P <0.01).4. The disease incidence rate of hypertension ,diabetes, hyperglycemia, coronary disease, fatty liver of the testing group teachers is below the rate of the control group ,and there is the obvious statistics significance (P<0.01) .The conclusion of the research:1. Long time aerobic exercise can decrease the resting heart rate, systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, arteries differential pressure, average blood pressure, rate-pressure produce, the Body weight index, blood flowing deformation of the middle and old aged teachers.2. Long time aerobic exercise can decrease the density of the total cholesterol, the triglyceride, the high density lipoprotein cholesterol, the low density lipoprotein cholesterol and the blood sugar of the middle and old aged teachers.3. Long time aerobic exercise can decrease the disease incidence rote of some chronic illness, such as hypertension diabetes hyperglycemia, Glycuresis, hyperlipemia disease, and fatty liver of the middle and old aged teachers. So, long time aerobic exercise can effectively reduce the risk factors of the cardiovascular disease, which will in turn decrease or delay the occurrence of the cardiovascular disease and build up the fitness and health of middle and old aged teachers.
