Tested their physical fitness, blood indicators, analyzes the level of physical fitness and cardiovascular function; for by increment load test trial were under surveillance, monitoring movement and motion recovery incidence of cardiovascular abnormalities events, cardiovascular abnormalities record type events, time and which load and record changes in the cardiovascular system of indicators characteristics.Results:Men termination criteria crowd cardiovascular exercise intensity and exercise time were no difference, but the highest attainable heart rate is slightly higher, and there are significant differences. Exercise stress test in the event of termination of the standard body mass index of subjects, the percentage of male physique positive group was significantly higher than the non-positive group, BMI values of women positive group was significantly higher than fly-positive group. Total cholesterol male positive group (TC), triglyceride (TG) was significantly lower than non-positive group.Conclusions:1. overweight and obesity levels will significantly affect the occurrence of cardiovascular risk sports, sports for predicting cardiovascular risk, the higher the sensitivity of male body fat content, the higher the sensitivity of female body mass index.2. sports center vascular positive reaction occurred in the proportion of the population is about10%higher than men during the heart rate of140/min, women carrying higher than130/min to be paying close attention to the movement of the body’s response.3. the possibility of a higher use of heart rate reserve population cardiovascular risk in motion higher during high-intensity exercise, suspected to have a higher risk of cardiovascular heart rate monitor to deal with the crowd.
